We will accept eligible returns and exchanges within 45 days of the order ship date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. PayPall refunds are subject to a 3% PayPal transaction fee. All returns require prior authorization and must be accompanied by an invoice and return authorization form. Orders returned to Tyndell marked as "undeliverable" by the mail carrier, are subject to a handling fee and actual cost to re-ship the order.
Items not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges
- Personalized items, including, but not limited to: items with foil imprinting, or full color printing.
- Custom, made-to-order items.
- Clearance items.
