US Domestic Shipping Policies

  • We ship parcel packages Fed Ex and UPS. Our preferred shipping vendor is Fed Ex and unless noted, shipments will be processed with Fed Ex.
  • Package Delivery
    • Commercial Buildings: Monday – Friday
    • Residential Addresses: Tuesday – Saturday
  • Unstamped orders received by 1:00 p.m. (EST) are shipped by the next business day.
  • Box charge – $2.25 per order.
  • Gallons of Lacquer are subject to actual shipping.
  • Boxes, Portrait Envelopes, and Frames are subject to actual shipping.
  • All Rural and Residential customers are subject to a $1.25 delivery service charge.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • $1.00 - $25.00 = $11.00 (plus box charge)
    • $25.01 - $115.00 = $7.00 (plus box charge)
    • Orders over $115.00:
      • UPS Zones 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are 6.75% of the order total for shipping.
      • UPS Zone 7 are 7% of the order total for shipping.
      • UPS Zone 8 are 7.5% of the order total for shipping.

This status allows us to offer reduced shipping rates, offer free brokerage on orders over $50.00, and to charge your normal provincial taxes upfront to eliminate any trailing fees that you might experience from buying from other US suppliers.
